My name is Stephanie Morgan and I run a state licensed in home daycare here in Fairfield, CT. I am a married mother of 2 and am a loving, caring and experienced daycare provider. After 6 years in retail management and before I was a mom, I became partners in a very successful and reputable in home daycare also located here in Fairfield, CT. I have been working in this business for 7 years now and I love it now as much as I did when I first started. The best advice I have ever heard given to someone looking for childcare is that it doesn't matter who has the most toys or the biggest playroom or is the least expensive. Your child is your most valued possession and the best place to send them is wherever you feel most comfortable. You're going to have a gut feeling about someone and you should always listen to it.
